I applied for spousal immigration in may 2018 my file transfer to LVO and they start working on 13 nov 2018 after that still i did not recive any emails update from cic.i only recieved last week a mail that an online status bar is created on your online accont which can tells me remainging estimated time.its spousal sponsorship

its very normal to not have been notified about your case in this time, if the status shows your case started processing in november 2018, its been 4 months since then , LVO is known to be the slowest of visa offices across the globe. if your case is completed in 12 months or less than 12 months you are lucky !

Yes status shows they recieved my file on 25 oct 2018 and they start working on that on 13 nov 2018 after that they email me last week that they updated a status bar in which mentioned the remaing estimated time in my online account which i did not make when i make so its showing that we found and appilaction according to this information but representative has only access and that representative is my lawyer and he also did not make any online account i dont know i realy want to see that status bar i am worried what i have to do now??

you must consult your lawyer and ask him to make an account because he is the representative of your application, then ask him to let you know what your status shows !

it varies from case to case ! usually between 1 year to 1.5 year ! because it is processed in LONDON visa office as london visa office handles applications from over 14 countries !!!

My application had been in SS since July 2018, yesterday i got remedical request and along with that request to submit schedule A background declaration form, additional family info form, travel history info form and Updated PCC
What should I assume from all request of all these docs? Why they need all these docs again and that too with re- medical request which is normally requested when SS is complete? Any idea?
I gave all the travel history with the PR application yet thay have asked again.

I have been asked by London visa office to submit spouse CNIC. We have smart Pakistani CNIC in which all of the information in the front is both in Englis and Urdu. Only at the back the address section is in Urdu. Do I have to get this translated or should I submit as it is? Please help anyone who have gone through this. Thanks.

Hello ,
I have been asked by London visa office to submit IMM5540 sponsor questionnaire. I am applying for permanent residency via express entry and recently included my wife in the application. The question 11 in the form asks "When do you plan to return to Canada to resume residency", when in fact I have never been to Canada and awaiting decision to my application. How should I answer this and It also asks for proof to re-establish in Canada like job offer etc. I have none. Please help.
