You should be able to download your e-certificate by evening (although they ask to wait for 2 to 5 business days). They won't reply just double check you sent it out to the right email.

Hello, Does anyone know if the Mississauga Passport office (Burnhamthrope rd.) is issuing the new design or the old one?

I've created the account. When I click the download e-certificate it asks for UCI, App number and DoB. Seems, just one account for the family should suffice.

So, this means one could register more than one account with the same email-id? Me and wife applied together and given the same email-id and I am not sure if this could be a problem with the portal.

Does the e-certificate download/reg link with the details to create an account come later after the oath email? Also if two applicants from the family has same email id, will this be an issue while creating an account on the e-certificate portal?

For some, FP request shows on tracker and for some it does not (including myself). To know the status you can contact RCMP and ask about your FP processing by giving them the DCN number mentioned on the receipt you got from the agency you got you FP done. RCMP will reply when your FP processing...

Once the office updates the tracker with test result you will be able to login. It will take 2 to 4 days post test.

My Finger prints report was sent to Sydney on April 17. Uptil now LPP and Background still in progress. Should I contact IRCC or Local Office or should I wait for some more time? My test was cleared on May 1st.
