Thank you @Iwanttobeincanada and @tejasmhaskar for your replies.

I actually ordered notes to be proactive in handling the reviews required - if any. Sometimes CIC doesn't issue ADRs even if they mark review required for POF or employment.

And now these notes only have program assistant notes - who does the R10 completion check i guess. He/she hasn't mentioned anything about my POF or employment. So I am still not sure whether those docs of mine are fine or not.

There is however a review required for stat question. My agent advised me to tick yes on the question where they ask have u been refused refugee status....something something. And in the details box told me to mention -- I have visited Canada on visitor visa, UK on student visa - and all other visas i had. I am not really worried much about this section though. I think it will be dealt with accordingly. I haven't had any visa rejection in the past whatsoever. (Don't know why agent made me do that).

My other question is why does my application mention family class sponsorship? Isn't it supposed to be FSW??

Also, all those with AOR close to mine and from FSW India (single), stuck at IP1, I would like to point out that my notes in the beginning mention Eligibility not started, Criminality not started, Security not started. Medical Passed, Info Sharing complete. In short - on 30th January 2019 - nothing had started.
At this point, there is absolutely nothing to be worried about. I have been through this process back in 2016 (current application is for my Fiance who is in India). I had requested my notes back in 2016, it also said Family Class (so i wouldnt worry about this either). As for employment and POF, if they have not made any comments, then probably they wont be doing additional checks. If you look into the details of the notes, you will notice FSW - Met in many places. Also, if you are from India and if your VO is Ottawa, then there is a good chance that you will move to IP2 in next 1-3 days and will get PPR in a week or two after the IP2 update (I noticed that your AOR is 10 Oct). Few FSWO India (VO Ottawa) with AOR 6-9 Oct have just moved to IP2 in last 1-2 days. There is a certain trend that we can follow here. Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I am relieved. I had misunderstood the notes. they mentioned Family class on the first page itself so I was taken aback.
I thought this delay in the processing of the application might be happening because they are considering my application as family class - which takes a really long time to process.

In the notes my crs is mentioned as 453. nothing changed in that
Then there is nothing to worry. After a while check with cic call Center regarding any status update.

Hello, My AOR is Oct11,2018. I currrently live in Canada but I have applied for express entry with indian work experience with one dependent my spouse who is currently on a work permit here since one year. So do I fall in the category of FSW-inland? Does CIC touch inland applications late, as since November 9 after passing medical there is no progress and my background check says - we will update you when we begin your bc which I assume is Ip1 stage ...right ...so ... is this normal ... that march has started and even bc has not yet started. Any Views Please. I am waiting for some ghost update so that at least ip2 starts that (we are checking your bc) Just 41 days left for 6 months timeline.
