Wow that’s something new! Really don’t understand the wait once the application had been approved. Wth were they doing with the file past 6 months.!! 1 day to 6 months and 3 weeks since approval. Half year gone just like that..!!

Well, there is no timeline for sending PPR. I have been waiting 3 weeks since approval. 1 day into 6 months. Sigh :/

Mine has been almost 3 weeks from approval. No sign of PPR. My file is in transfer to local VO.

Congratulations Mine got approved on 14th March. Nothing yet. Waited 6 months for it, might as well wait 2-3 weeks. Ghost update was the key must say!! Good luck guys!!

Got hold of CIC agent on Friday, he said application has been approved but its still showing BG check in process. Is there anyone who faced the same? Also, how long did it take to receive PPR after approval? **10 days to 6 months** Thanks

16 days into 6 months! WTH. It’s a joke

It means officer is looking into your profile. I had a ghost update 2 weeks back. I believe my background check was completed. But still no changes in my profile. Hope for the best.

I’m excatly the same timeline. No changes since mid November. Called CIC yesterday, background check done, just the eligibility left I believe!!
