Respected Sir , today I had word with customer support agent he told as per their rules dvrce certificate will be required before giving PR, also on my enquiry he told that my previous adr docs will be added in my file within 2 weeks. This clearly states that they have not checked my adr docs but since I told them in previous cse about my mutual dvrce case no and details , on the basis of that they are asking dvrce certificate.
Is this will be OK that I should wait for at least two week before raising a new cse?
Sorry for long message, I wanted to update you about the proceedings. Meanwhile in India I m trying to get dvrce speedily by getting waiver of cooling period.

The people who answer the calls, are not immigration officers. Also, they should not be commenting or giving you advice on your application.

@legalfalcon - What are the chances of rejection if eligibility not met due to incorrect NOC? I already uploaded CSE requesting to change my NOC to correct one..All my documents support the correct NOC, it is just the form field on application had 2281 instead of 2282 by mistake....Do Analysts generally consider such mistakes ?

i applied as FSW for PR in june 2017. got stuck in interview queue. interview held in march 2018. after that there was no update. last month emailed visa office. they prompltly responded and said your background checks were going on. now we recieved the reports but your medicals have expired and re-medicals were asked to do. medical completed and passed some 10 days ago. kindly if someone can guide, how much time will they take more and are the B.G checks now completed?

If you were asked for re-meds because your meds expired, and you provided them with new meds, it just a matter of weeks now.

Even I would like to know the answer for above question?? Canada visitor visa refused June 2007 any impact me application.

A prior refusal of a TRV has no bearing on the PR application as the criteria to evaluate and process them is entirely different.

Sir, I have few queries if you can guide me please

1 As per current trend, I have extended my last working day at office to 19 April 2019. My AoR is 6 Dec 2018. MEP is 16 Jan 2019. Should I raise CSE regarding my last working day or should I wait till my last day ?? Moreover, I'm going to spend time with my family and visiting few places in my country. Should I mention this reason in that CSE ?

2 I'll go to UK for couple of weeks prior to landing in Canada.
(a) Should I wait till I get PPR prior to applying VISA for UK? or should I apply the VISA now and mention the result of that via CSE ( need to upload my passport again along with PR details). It may delay the procedure I think. However, share your thoughts about this.
(b) If I opt to apply for VISA of UK after getting PPR & visit UK prior to landing in Canada, will I have to inform IRCC about this?

3 I may get married before PPR. But I can delay that as I'm not in hurry. But I need your opinion on the following ( I know you may get confused with the way I'm elaborating things.):
(a) If I get married after getting passport stamped, do I have to inform IRCC about this? or is it fine if I land in Canada and after getting CoPR, apply for wife's PR via Spousal sponsorship? As I don't want to delay landing.
(b) If I don't get married and land in Canada & do register marriage while staying away from my country & better half staying there( I need to confirm whether that is possible or not), will I be able to apply for PR via spousal sponsorship? I read many things regarding the time required for getting PR via spousal sponsorship, I think it is approx 10-11 months. Correct me if I am wrong.
(c) Is there any other way to land in Canada together / after getting married & declaring about that after getting passport stamped without delaying the file?

1. You should only inform IRCC, after you have left the job. If you travel, even to different countries, after you have filed your application, there is no need to inform IRCC.

2. Your current PR application has no bearing on you applying for a tourist visa to any country.
No, you DO NOT have to inform IRCC about anything you do after your application has been filed.

I haven't received my GCMS notes ordered on Dec 21
Following was the message I received from GETGCMS support last week

However, in your case, IRCC has acknowledged the delay, and flagged your request as priority. This concludes that your GCMS notes do not fall under any exception, and can be released.

After set to priority how long I need to wait or any other alternative.

Another Question :-
I moved to INDIA from US, and will be working for the same employer.
Apart from Address, Phone No. etc, do I need to tell CIC that I am working for the same employer in INDIA as well.

The GCMS notes are delayed in some cases. If IRCC has acknowledged the delay, the notes will be released.

Just inform of the change of address, so that your LVO changes to NDVO.

Hey guys, hey @legalfalcon, can you help me out with understanding the following?
In my GCMS notes I have the following status list: Eligibility: Not started, Security: Not started, Criminality: In progress.
However, when I am looking further into the notes, there are like 20+ what is called "Applications" of which at least 10 are related to Eligibility.
There are different values such as: Calculate, Calculation in progress, Passed - Candidate and Not started.
There are different offices such as Siebel administration, gcms system and CIO.

So the CIO Eligibility status changed from "Passed - candidate" to "Not started".

There are also no notes from an analyst on anything besides R10;

Here is the picture to show what I am talking about.
I don't know what is going on with Eligibility part:

See the last 3-5 pages and see the notes. IF there is nothing there, then your eligibility may not have started. The values you see are based on what you entered in your profile.

I can only comment on it if you can post the relevant note here. Usually the notes that have delayed or cancelled are based on internal processing.

criminality- not started
security- not started
mis info sharing- in progress .. this is for spouse, though he has never been to US or applied for US visa, in all three notes the status is same.

program analyst review and case analyst review- all seems ok, except statuary review- mine uk tourist visa refusal in 2001

last notes ordered on 1de received on 1jan, 2019 say
**BULK NOTE**: This application is in queue for processing and an email has been received related to this application. Please verify Economic Not Started folder if no subsequent note is entered pertaining to email received.

what does this note mean, if this means file is in queue for visa officer to review. then i do see on forum who are in this queue either stuck since more than 1 year or got their visa after 1.5 year or so.

but my file is not under any review required except statuary review which is normal.

can you please shed some light that why there is no movement in my file and does file under this economic queue take this long?

i have ordered another notes (4th) today i.e 1-feb, 2019.

The time usually depends on which visa office your file is. It is pending an officer's review and based on the work load the timelines can go up or down.

Can you please advise about my application? I have no idea of what might be going on at this point. My AOR is April 11, 2018. Right from the beginning (a week after my AOR) I was requested to submit the Schedule A form for both me and my wife. No word from CIC since then. I had ordered GCMS notes before and saw that they were not happy about the documents I provided regarding my foreign work experience. I since then submitted additional documents without request via Webform. This is the latest set of notes I got (January 24th). Is there anything here that strikes your attention?

The case analyst is not satisfied with your work experience and has not awarded you points for it, thereby your CRS has gone down to 397. The issue most likely is with your self-employment.

Regarding point-3, I read that blog on the link provided below. Just a couple of queries regarding the same:

1. If I get married in near future, there can be 2 scenarios;

(a) If wife isn't accompanying & my CRS score is above the cut off at that time after change in marital status, is it enough to inform IRCC about the change in marital status? do I need to submit any document? And will that delay the process?

(b) If wife is accompanying & combined score is above the cut off, I think we will need to add her WES, PCC, marriage certificate and all other relevant docs along with updated proof of funds. Is it right? In that case, it will require additional 4-5 months after submitting all the documents. Is this correct as well? Can you please share details, if you have, around this?
