Actually when u fill in the online form it ask in statuary questions. When you say yes for visa or entry refusal you have to put explanation. I hope I am not forgetting.

In my case it was not a problem so I do not think it will be a problem for you if you have stated these refusals and explained well.

Yes I had refusals and I provided LOE upfront and apparently Case Officer was satisfied with LOE
