No recent ghost updates or anything! I raised a CSE on Monday and received a reply yesterday. VO- Ottawa, which is the same i was told in early November.

And the rest is:
"The initial assessment to ensure your application is complete has been finalized. Following this assessment, your application was transferred to the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa, Ontario (CPC-O). The office will contact you if they need other documents from you.

The background verifications and have not been initiated for security and criminality yet. The medical examination results on file are valid."

So background, security and criminality not started. Does it mean eligibility is alright?
What do u exactly ask them?

Or u really had to update an iformation?

So here is what I got a reply from VFS USA. Even if my PPR was generated in New Delhi, they are ok to accept it in LA Visa Office.

Gurjinder Singh: So I applied online, but I got Passport Submission Request from New Delhi Visa Office
Alix: Where does it says you have to send it?
Gurjinder Singh: Since it is generated by New Delhi, it has listed New Delhi address. But I am US resident
Alix: Alright
Alix: I understand
Alix: Yes, you can mail the passports to the US center
Gurjinder Singh: Awesome Thanks :)
Alix: The letter you received is valid internationally

Congratulation !!! Mine timeline is similar to yours and I guess we recieved ghost update on same day. Can you please provide me with the email template you sent to NDVO. I am US resident currently in India.
I sent a web form here:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=New Delhi

And here is what I sent:
Hello Guys,
I received an update on my online profile on December 20th, and the contents of profile had been the same since. I am not sure if I missed PPR email, or if there had been any other updates to my profile that I need to respond to.

Can you please confirm?

Hey guys! Finally got through to a CIC agent today. This is the present status:
Eligibility is still under review
Medical and criminality check passed. Security yet to be started.

My timeline is as follows:
AOR: Sept 4
MEP and IP1: Oct 28
IP2: Dec 7

Can it be a red flag if the eligibility is taking this long to be confirmed?
