    Counting the days abroad together

As long as you are a Canadian citizen, and you can prove that you were living together, you should be fine as days outside of Canada count in that case.

Taking a taxi from the Pearson airport with 2 little kids. Advise needed.

I agree that UP Express is the best way to get downtown. It has special areas for you to leave your luggage inside the train car.

Sometimes unfortunate things happen, can a petty theft in 2014 effect my express entry program.

Please read the link a bit more carefully, it doesn't matter where the offense was committed, what matters is that IF the same offense was committed in Canada... would its punishment fall in any of the categories detailed there. ....A permanent resident or a foreign national is inadmissible on...

Sometimes unfortunate things happen, can a petty theft in 2014 effect my express entry program.

The comments may seem to imply that you can convince an officer through some well crafted letter. That is not correct. It all depends on the specifics of the incident and how it fits with what the 'Immigration and Refugee Protection Act' considers inadmissible grounds for criminality...

Proof of funds letter - Bank of America

I did the same thing, while probably not necessary, I'd rather provide that info than being put on review required for whatever reason. I included the business card of the employee who provided me with the PoF letters.

Not doing so would be misrepresentation which could lead to his application being denied or status...

    Immigration eligible

On its own, no, it shouldn't be a negative factor. It could be a factor if you were to apply through spousal sponsorship, but not for the economic immigration categories. Keep in mind you'll have to provide proof (divorce certificates) when you apply for both of your divorces, but this on its...

    OR holder lost passport

There are emergency passports yes, but the conditions on which an emergency passport can be issued depends on the country of nationality. Most likely, when a traveler has lost their passport while out of their country of nationality it would be a much faster process than regular passport...
