Hi, I am from South Korea and I am planning to travel Toronto this month so I am applying for eTa.
But I have once refused my study permit application 3years ago. The reason they said was "your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations"
(but I got study permit after re-apply!!)
I found that there is a background question 'Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry to, or ordered to leave Canada or any other country/territory?' when I apply for eTa.
Do I have to say 'yes' for this question? and if I say yes, am I still able to get eTa application??
