Usually a draw is held within 13-14 days. So you can expect a draw in the 2nd week of November.
Try to submit your application at least on or the day before the draw.

Yes..but I think many folks increased their scores from lower 440s. If you see the bucket of People between 430-440 has reduced for the first time whereas above 450 has increased.
