Dec 7 here. Gave IRCC a cal about a week ago since nothing happened since January and then shortly after that I received a generic mail from CIC and yesterday (a week after) I received two ghost updates. So perhaps give them a call

Did you receive this mail in your CIC inbox or your private e-mail inbox? And was that a response to a CSE or did you just receive this mail randomly without prior contact?
