What type of information is in there?

I also live in Canada, awaiting PPR. AOR is Feb 28, currently in IP2.
If you're living in Canada you can request it for free under the privacy act so there's no harm in applying for it. I filled in the details and attached my work permit and was able to get it after 30 days.

There's a lot of information in there and if you have a look in the GCMS threads they go into it in more detail but the main things are it lists clearly what assessments have been completed and when (Eligibility/Security/Criminality/Medical).

There is also a section at the end where you can read the notes of the officers working your case, it will list if they are happy with the documents they have and if they have any concerns.

I think / hope we get ours around the same time with the same AOR and country of citizenship. I am still waiting too.

Would be interested in your GCMS notes even though I cbf to order my own.

Its not too hard to do, the annoying bit is figuring out which boxes to fill out the right way but doesn't take more then 5 minutes. I'd send you mine but its full of personal information, you'd know everything about it!

I got mine because I wasn't sure if a few things in my application would be a problem or not and I was curious. I was self employed for part of my experience, I only had bank details for 3.5 months, I had large deposits into my account, I had traveled to over 50 countries, my letter from my employer didn't list me as working full time or the amount of hours, the same employer would only give me a position description for the last role which wasn't perfectly aligned with my NOC. But the notes showed they were happy with everything so that was nice to see.

The good news is I just saw a ghost update on my account today, normally this means I should get my PPR shortly but there have been a few false positives before.

Hopefully you should get something soon too, don't think they're too worried about us Aussies, with the five eyes the Canadians will already know everything about us.

Nice. A Ghost! Hope something comes of it.

Apologies, I wasn't suggesting you hand over your notes in full. It was more to feedback anything that may shed light on the delay.

If you check out the CEC - Feb 2018 thread you will see there are a good chuck of people waiting, especially from early February. Interesting to see their take on reasons for the delay.

If I get to the end of this month with no PPR I'll order notes.

Do you have to attach your work permit?

I sent for a report in March, and I haven't received it till now despite sending them numerous messages. I also applied for another this month out of annoyance... So upsetting when they do this!

Possibly, I couldn't confirm for sure if you had to so I did it. They didn't meet the deadline so I emailed them at the email they provided and they sent it to me the next day.
