How many degrees require ECA for EE

I have done PhD (3 Years-Full time) and MS (1 Year Full Time) from University of Turin Italy.
I also have MSc and BSc from India. My questions are:

How many degrees shall I get ECA for EE and which one?
In case of PhD I do not have subject-wise transcript, in that case what should I do?

Please extend expert suggections.

Ideally, you would only need to evaluate your highest degree, which in your case would be your PhD.

What I understand that a transcript of marks is required which we dont have in case of PhD. Any suggedtions for this......
