You need to bring BIL and your refugee claim document which has your picture on it.

We are calling on the phone, they are saying different things.

There is nothing in Gckey either.

So it's completely confused and unclear, I can't make sense of this anymore!

So it's completely confused and unclear, I can't make sense of this anymore!

Communications can sometimes appear inconsistent and different agents provide different information over the phone and the GCKey account doesn't show the same updates. In my experience, the portal/email updates can sometimes arrive before the GCKey status changes.
