You won't believe what happened, I received another letter today asking me to We need you to provide us with details about changes to your family composition with certificate if possible. After the second P1 I received, after calling IRCC, the officer told me it was a mistake, but to avoid delaying your case, I sent it again and explained the whole story. The officer didn't even bother to look at the explanation below and asked me again about the changes in my family, oh my God, I want to bang my head against the wall.

So you were asked twice to update/resubmit Schedule A form? do you have any idea what is the reason they asked you to resubmit?
Of course very simple they lost the files
I filled work history 6 years and they were asking 10 years that was all and they asked same thing again very weird and annoying for sure.

Im September 2023, they aske me military exemption on 17 June , submitted same day nothing until now. No FD
Most likely, they either sent this email when the file was ready for finalization and they will make the final decision after checking the military service document, or they are initiating the security process at this stage. If they are just initiating the security process now, one should ask what they were doing all this time.
