I am asking uf criminality and info sharing has been passed do we receive eligibility and PAL fast ?

It doesn’t matter. system show something thing in different, human officers should review. It’s completely normal. The point is your file need manual review

You have to call IRCC to get live updates (+1 (888) 242-2100) you can also request ATIP notes but those take a month to come in so would recommend calling if you want instant updates. https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en
tbh I’m not sure I got the update from the call centre agents didn’t asked the dates they were passed but everything else has been passed a couple weeks now and did biometrics in June, I called today because I got an ghost update this morning and they said security is in progress which it wasn’t up to last week when I checked, because it was the only thing not passed or even started now it is. So I’m moving towards Finial Decision stage didn’t even get Pre Arrival or Eligibility letter.
