When was his p1? And what was the processing office?

P1 was on July 10th. Processing office Montreal. And when he uploaded the photo for P2 it said your photo is too bright or too dark and still got accepted.

I called on Friday, the lady said all the assessment are completed that i just have to wait for the P1 email. That they don’t need anything and everything looks good.

You may need to send a webform. Sometimes, they just miss these info. A friend told me that you need to.be on their neck sometimes. Send a webform
