No not yet still waiting. I submitted on May 12th

Yes, i paid $1,205 in March, the full fees prior to the increase. My application was returned for the Representative Form and I didn't pay a difference in fees when I resubmitted in May. Then, it got returned a 2nd time for the fees. They even sent me an email from Sidney, NS explaining that it was returned for fees. Interestingly, I never received an email when it was returned the first time what the "incomplete" meant on the rep form.

So... TLDR: my app was returned for the increase in fees; never say never with IRCC.

even I got same email from them because of insufficient funds for processing my application. I need to pay extra 30$. What is the process and how to send payment confirmation to them? Will they confirm my application in progress once I submit this ?

So they didn't return your application? Do you have an application number? I think you should be able to submit the payment confirmation via webform.

What did your email say. The subject. Did it say, "Your application is returned"

I saw a similar case on Facebook where they also just asked the applicant to pay the difference so they can continue processing.

How did I get so unlucky. Over such a small amount too.

No we cannot reply to email so I raised web form and uploaded receipt there

To raise a web form I think you need an application number so I'm guessing @Swabhi application was accepted.

Boo. But, it's just such a petty amount. I wish I would have thought of that when resubmitting, because I've submitted my application 3 times now. oof. Such is life. Hopefully, the rest is smooth sailing!
