I
Just an update: received a letter from IRCC through the portal requesting to submit updated application documents, including:

• Updated IMM 0008
• IMM 5669 (Schedule A)
• IMM 5406 (Additional Family Information)
• IMM 5562 (Travel History)
• Detailed CV/Resume
(just for clarity, all these documents were submitted back in June 2025)

Interestingly, no AOR has been received as yet, but this letter contains a permanent application number.
believe this is my situation too as I applied in June but mine is not even showing on the portal, I got as an email

Submit required documents again, just update/change any information that has changed over the past one year.
After the email I contacted IRCC via webform and they sent me this email below
So now am confused

I just talked to my lawyer and the police said they only wanted the records, we provided the document and sent it, they don't want another document. It seems that everyone sent it, I think they will do a manual security check on acceleration.
Your words are kind of contradicting as I can’t really understand what you mean, can you rephrase please

So he says that only a police certificate (registry record) is required, there is nothing extra, the reason for this is that there is an acceleration, he said that such things are not normally wanted.

Hello Community..
I have received the email from IRCC earlier today...

In the email: (..... In order to avoid delays in processing, you must provide the below documents if you have not already included them in the original submission and/or if there are any updates to the information that was provided by you previously....)

I think this is simply normal. IRCC knows that it has been almost a year (for me almost 10 months) since they received our applications.. therefore they're sending this to everyone just in case there are any updates that need to be brought to IRCC's attention..

I don't think that it will be a bad idea to re-submit the whole thing again..
For me, I have recently submitted all these forms for my family (dependents outside Canada).. so I can add the forms related to me as well.. and send everything again..

==============================
Since so many of us (PR applicants June to August 2025) have received the same letter.. this makes me somehow optimistic..
I have a feeling that IRCC is finally moving ahead with the one-time initiative.. fingers and toes crossed :)

Let's do our part.. provide them with whatever they request.. and then wait..

IRCC definitely CAN process ~7,000 PR applications per month.. It is only the WILL..
A PR process for economic immigrant streams can be completed within as short as 6 months..

No that I want to be too optimistic.. but I think we are getting there.. and the estimated processing times will be somehow REAL.

I have one question, in sending them all this document via webform as they instructed, because now I have to send all the forms again plus the checklist, do I send separately on the webform or combine all to one pdf file and send?

Choose the webform for adding documents to your application. You can attach multiple files to this webform, but there are limitations (any one file should not be larger than 2MB and all the files should not be larger than 3.5MB.
You can use some software or websites (like ilovepdf.com) to compress the file size and/or merge the files. However, if you think that you cannot send all the requested documents in one webform, then explain in the webform that you need to use multiple webforms..
This is what I did when I uploaded the documents related to my spouse's application (dependents outside Canada)..
