Hello Community..
I have received the email from IRCC earlier today...

In the email: (..... In order to avoid delays in processing, you must provide the below documents if you have not already included them in the original submission and/or if there are any updates to the information that was provided by you previously....)

I think this is simply normal. IRCC knows that it has been almost a year (for me almost 10 months) since they received our applications.. therefore they're sending this to everyone just in case there are any updates that need to be brought to IRCC's attention..

I don't think that it will be a bad idea to re-submit the whole thing again..
For me, I have recently submitted all these forms for my family (dependents outside Canada).. so I can add the forms related to me as well.. and send everything again..

==============================
Since so many of us (PR applicants June to August 2025) have received the same letter.. this makes me somehow optimistic..
I have a feeling that IRCC is finally moving ahead with the one-time initiative.. fingers and toes crossed :)

Let's do our part.. provide them with whatever they request.. and then wait..

IRCC definitely CAN process ~7,000 PR applications per month.. It is only the WILL..
A PR process for economic immigrant streams can be completed within as short as 6 months..

No that I want to be too optimistic.. but I think we are getting there.. and the estimated processing times will be somehow REAL.

I have one question, in sending them all this document via webform as they instructed, because now I have to send all the forms again plus the checklist, do I send separately on the webform or combine all to one pdf file and send?

Choose the webform for adding documents to your application. You can attach multiple files to this webform, but there are limitations (any one file should not be larger than 2MB and all the files should not be larger than 3.5MB.
You can use some software or websites (like ilovepdf.com) to compress the file size and/or merge the files. However, if you think that you cannot send all the requested documents in one webform, then explain in the webform that you need to use multiple webforms..
This is what I did when I uploaded the documents related to my spouse's application (dependents outside Canada)..

Buddy, you must send them all documents that need, for example if your address changed since your last time you sent them any docs and there is your present address in any of them so you must send them a new version of that form with your new address. Read the whole attached doc carefuly and dont ignore anything

yes I know, But nothing changed since I submitted my application and everything is same. and the coument, which read thoroughly, says: "

them in the original submission and/or if there are any updates to the information that was provided by you

Did it reflect on your portal? Or it’s just the email you received

Which portal? The one I submitted my application? It doesnt change or show anything, just allows me to download the application.

After I received the AOR, I linked the application to my IRCC account, in which, it doesn't reflect either! Is there any other portal/tracker? Im so confused with the different portals and accounts, I would sppreciate it if you or someone else can tell me if there is a tracker portal for this application, or its only the one I linked my existing application.

Thanks

We are in the same situation, nothing on portal that I linked the app with, and also I called IRCC about the email and they told me they did not request for anything but I still filled out all the forms listed in the checklist and submitted again via webform because they wrote that it should be done in 30 days, it’s just so confusing and they were also asking for police certificate which does not even apply to me
It feels like a generic checklist to everyone that applied in 2025 or something

to the ones who got the letter , when did you submit your PR application?

I submitted mine in sep 2025, and I have not received a letter .

Is it for everyone or just a certain number of people?

I have submitted the requested documents via IRCC web forms last Friday except police certificate (I provided an explanation letter for this)

I suppose it's another long wait☺️
Goodluck everyone!

I received the checklist letter today asking for the police certificate . Does that mean the 115000 initiative is already being implemented ?
