Hi folks. I applied for Citizenship on Dec 29, 2025. I completed the test in April. I happened to check the my CIC account on May 17 and saw that I have been invited for the oath ceremony on May 29, however I haven't got any email invitation. Has anyone faced a similar issue?

Check your junk folder. IRCC’s process is to send the oath invitation at least 7 days before the ceremony, sometimes earlier depending on the office. If you still don’t see the email, call IRCC to confirm your ceremony details.

Questions to the folks who have attended in person oath ceremony, Do we get the e certificate as well if we have opted for e certificate while submitting the application ?

Anyone received Oath from Dec yet My test was completed on Apr 2 LLP on May 5th still nothing. Seems slow on Oath it seems rest the process went smooth.

Definately if you can’t cancel you trip. As soon as you take Oath PR will be invalid and you won’t have any valid travel document to enter back in canada.
