It says that the application is approved and everything is completed

No you dont need to submit a new app. The app has already been created in the system. You will go to your Gckey and click link application. Use your ecopr number , and uci, answer questions of when u became pr, date is on your ecopr. The pr card app will come up and you should be able to link it.

I tried it also which open should I select since there is no application number

Got ecopr two days back. Good luck to everyone. See you all on the citizenship side in 2 years. I have my timeline here.

I received my PR card today. However my inland dependent hasn’t received their eCOPR yet.

Last officer comment on GCMS note was match 12: In-Canada DR is ready for approval decision. Approval decision to be completed b y Local Office since March 12.

Anyone experiencing the same problem?

It's not a big deal, your PR card is on It's way anyway. See you after 2 years for the citizenship application.
