Still unable to create an account or reset log in to the tracker portal. I have submitted an IRCC webform and am awaiting a response.

I called IRCC helpline and the agent told me BG in progress. FP request was via email today.

I'll suggest that you keep trying, it took me a couple of tries to create the account for the tracker, and sometimes the site would just freeze.

I'm facing the same issue with OTP. Looks like some technical issue on their end. Raise a technical issue webform with snapshots so they're aware.

I haven’t heard of anyone yet. I think we should start receiving next week onwards.

Anyone who received a requested Fingerprints and submitted them mid-April specifically the week of April 20th received any update in their tracker? I had a ghost update May 6th but no update to the tracker .. anyone in the same boat?
