Perhaps your case is in its final processing stages then. Did you apply outside Quebec? Some of us got residency a couple of months ago after waiting for 2 years within that province.

I’m inside Quebec! I know everyone that I see online that applied since the end of 2023 going forward in Quebec is expecting at least 2 years so hopefully I get p1 soon!
