This is a good news and they are clearing the backlog and removing ineligible cases
This is good news for refugees not for us our backlog is still there
exactly. people are not understanding that refugee claimaints and protected persons are different
ircc is still sleeping i don’t understand why they announced one time initiative if they only want to give us false hope
Samething I'm saying everyday , I need 2022/ 2025 getting PR so us 2026 can go up line ....
in pnp non express stream the applicants waiting is 1.08lakh and processing time is 13months i have checked they processed roughly 9000 applicantion in one month but on the other side only 1500 application processed in protected person stream last month that is not fair
I spoke with IRCC today and they told me that my background check has started but security hasn’t started - what does that mean? They wouldn’t explain much. I am a June 2023 applicant.

May 2023 applicant here, got my ATIP last week, security not started, I don’t even know what’s going on anymore, I am really hoping this one time initiative will just knock out a bunch of applications at once but this year has been slower than last year
Hey guys, question. What's the difference between the "Date Recieved" in the Applicant Information section and "Date Submitted" on the main page once you logged in the IRCC portal? I´m confused which date to use to calculate my timeline
