I have almost 60-70 applications with my community. All of them are 2023-2024-2025 applicants and Non of them got any update since nov25 including me. You can trust my experience as I've witnessed the processing of many applications. Because the more samples you have, the closer the information gets to the truth. The last guy was lucky applied on nov23 and got fd on nov25, but no update since end of November from my side. This Ruslan shit is going on again with different usernames.

Okay, why are you guys in the 2023 group, It’s causing so much confusion, are you not able to communicate and keep your updates in the 2024 group?
Dear 2024 applicants—especially those who applied after August,
You have been waiting forever. Meanwhile, most 2026 applicants already got their PR.
At this point, I hear they might start issuing PR for 2027 applicants. Yes—2027.
Because apparently there’s a new system that can “predict” future applicants and approve them before they even apply.
Big thanks to the “genius " who designed this system.

I know frustration is very usual for 2023 but I came to know from face group that some applicant from 2024 got their p1

'The rule is there is no rule.' This is the golden rule when dealing with IRCC in general. As a refugee, you could receive NOD within 7-8 months, but it is also normal to take +2 years, and nowadays even +3 to get a hearing.
The same thing with PR applications. There are 'lucky' applicants whose files will be processed 'relatively' faster than others, within 12 to 18 months.
It shouldn't be surprising to see some 2024 applications move faster than yours. This could be for several reasons.. Maybe the Pilot program (12 months to receive PR for applicant and dependent abroad), maybe because of the processing office, the officer handling the application, completed background/security checks, etc.
Simply say Big Congratulations to those whose applications are moving fast.
Live your life, don't stress yourself. You are heading there. Just be patient.
A reminder: Last October, you, like all of us, were shocked to see the estimated processing times jump to 30 months maybe or more.. This was beyond your control. It caused panic and anxiety to all. Then came the one-time initiative announcement, then the revised estimated processing times by early 2026 and again Feb 2026.
You have been waiting for months.. it is almost over.. You are there..
