stop posting these AI generated responses and creating confusion if you dont have an answer. Yes you can travel to Dominican republic with RTD and without PR . No need for Visa .They give you upon arrival.I travelled back there in November 2025 and i dont have PR.

I'm also looking to travel to DR using my RTD (No PR). Could you please share if you traveled with Air Transat and if it was smooth?

I called the DR embassy and emailed them many times trying to get a written confirmation but didn't hear back.

I received my RTD by mail today which is Feb 17th, 2026
