That is great news and expected based on many applicants experience. Important, check your tracker, did your background turned completed then in progress? this is a very important sign that overlooked, but it means your application will be completed once the new fingerprints are received.
Unfortunately or fortunately I have never been asked for FP. Also does tracker gets a date changed for the last update in above scenario.
For those who have been following my journey, I saw a tracker update in late January, while the status of different steps didn't change, I feel like someone has done something. So, as anyone would, I applied for ATIP and there was something in there. I am going to hold off on revealing what's in there, but it's truly unbelievable and certainly doesn't need 2+ years to resolve, especially if IRCC was willing to disclose that issue and get me involved. Once all steps are completed (Oath included), I'll kinda tell the story so people can learn from it.
They are only brushing Nov 01 or 02.
I am Nov 08 Aor have not got anything and there is one from Nov 10 that did not get anything
Glad to hear you got movement. At this point nothing fazes me with how much of a mismanaged hell hole this process is.
Around 1pm EST. No updates on portal though - BG and Prohibitions both still in progress, and no changes to last updated date on portal either.
Really positive to hear a lot of applications getting pushed to completion here. Congratulations to them. And Thanks to everyone for giving us the intel here. I still have 2 adult family members with Nov 2023 AOR waiting to hear back. They have contacted the MP and ordered Notes a few months ago but no progress.
