P.S Based on the timeline and everyone else receiving theirs at around the same time the Mandamus steps did not seem to have affected my application, however if there was something that resulted in further delay it would have helped

Guess what nothing changed same from 2 years. In process.
Plus now due date is showing 2026/12/01
With alll this delay make me feel like nobody will touch my file till that day. Or at least that’s what happening from past 2 years.

This is frustrating, but check the GCMS generation date. I believe it lags 1 month. My AOR was Nov 1, 2023, a week earlier than you, and my background and prohibition were completed last week.. Based on what I have seen, most probably you will receive updates sometimes in February. Fingers crossed.

Can't do anything, you just need to wait. i tried everything including reaching out to MP, nothing worked they took their own sweat time.

You can file mandmus, don’t d you ever get finger print request. What’s your GCMS notes says

I got fingerprint request once in 2023. No updates since citizenship test in April 2024 (had to postpone once).

So AOR: Oct 30
Last update: April 2024 for citizenship test
Awaiting on Background and Prohibitions
Vancouver office
GCMS says "Grant Clearance Pending" and Prohibitions in progress.
