Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew why they are so behind on final checks right now? I saw it still says Approx 5 months left.... been stuck in BC since july last year and heard they are only just getting through november 24 applicants... anyone know how accurate the processing times actually are?

It seems that IRCC did not come back from the Christmas/New Year break. I haven’t seen anyone reporting P1/P2/COPR since then. That’s very concerning for all applications given this delay.

Applicants from December and January 2024 so quiet and a lot of who is waiting for CoPr since December last year.

I received GCMS notes yesterday, criminality completed, info sharing is in progress and security is not yet started. But you are right things are pretty slow even applicants from November and December are still waiting for updates.
