Hello

Just recieved ITA under CEC.

Background and timeline:
- 2023-2024: was student in Canada
- 2024-2025: recieved my work permit and i worked for an year
- Jun 2025: left for my home country few days before expiration of WP
Sep 2025 and onwards (WP expired): came back to Canada on tourist visa and currently living with my brother
Jan 2026: Recieved ITA

Questions:
- What should i mention as COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE in the form? I am currently "in Canada" living at my brother's place and on a tourist visa, and i plan to apply extension of my visa after i submit my PR application.
- What will be my mailing address? Should i give the one where I am currently living in Canada or back home address?
- Do i need to get the medical exam or am i exempted? One of the conditions for medical exam exemption is that if the applicant is already living in Canada, then its not needed. I am visiting here. Not sure if this counts as living.

I am hoping if someone could provide guidance on this. Looking forward and thankyou in advance.

Regards

You're a visitor to Canada, not a resident. Your status is temporary. Your address is your home country.
