I'm sharing my timeline in hope others can share experiences and timeline so I have an idea when I might receive passport request.
Dependent child sponsorship outland

• March 25, 2025 - Submitted application
• April 28, 2025 – AOR Received
• May 07, 2025 – IRCC confirms account linked to online portal
• May 07, 2025 – Biometric request
• May 09, 2025 – Met sponsorship eligibility confirmation from IRCC
• May 09, 2025 – Medical request
• June 04, 2025 - Passed medical notification from IRCC
• Nov 06, 2025 - Pre-Arrival Letter
• Tracker says background check in progress
• Tracker shows COPR document and travel number

Any updates? Outland application here, Accra VO. My timeline is similar to yours for my dependent child (11 months old). The eligibility was marked completed on Dec 16 on the tracker. We also received a pre arrival letter the following day (Dec 17). Medicals had been marked completed since Sept 03. Now Background verification is showing "In Progress". Curious to know when your PA eligibility flipped to "completed"
