They mention their plans, with exemptions for those who under certain conditions..one of these conditions is the comprehensive background check. As our lawyers explained to us, there is a huge gap between what IRCC plans and what it will actually process

I saw SS files (With adr for military) getting FD in about a year, my guess is, you should receive a FD in early 2026Thank you for the swift reply. I did, back in November 2024
