Why?
Pilot in fact is not really making Big difference. Check Our forum of 2023. They process your file and after that start with your family. Really don't know yet what is the reason of the Pilot.
I track My file at all. Request My notes but no Big change after elegibility passed ( knew i passed it because requested the notes, they didn't notify as is not mandatory notify about it to PP). So. Just sit and wait. I had hope in the Pilot but after this time I realize is not useful in the practice.

how do i apply to get my GSM notes

Hi All,

Anyone under the DR2 centralized concurrent project - dependants of protected person can give any update on their application processing in this new thread? Only comments associated with this category PLEASE!

As for me, I am the dependant spouse of a protected person:
Partner
PR application Feb 9, 2024
AOR July 5 2024
Biometric for applicant in Canada July 14, 2024
Dependants
request for biometric and police certificate letter received on August 13, 2024
Done biometrics on Sept 2, 2024
Submitted police certificate on Sept 9, 2024

Since then, response from IRCC
Have you gotten anything yet since Sept 9, 2024?
I am asking because I am processes behind you. I applied March 2025, I received temporary application number with X around June 2025, the AOR received Sept 18, 2025 with the permanent number and also all my dependents with UCI and application numbers. It was said, DR2 centralized.....eligible.
My confusion is, do I need to resubmit applicatiin for each?
Please how did you go through ?
Thank you

Hi, you only need to act upon the request they would have outlined to you in writing, also, if you already submitted documents - no need to resubmit unless it wasn't done correctly and they asked that you resubmit. Read through the documents carefully and check against the documents you have submitted and ensure they were filled out properly and tbat you had indeed submitted ALL the correct forms

And when i meant documemts submitted, i also meant forms - forms required by you to fill out.

Hi Dear, thank you. I called IRCC agent line. Thw agent's response was at this stage nothing is needed so far. If anything is needed, they will get to me. But I should communicate with my Representative. So, I am waiting to hear from my Representative.
Thanks again!
Wish you all the best!.

You don’t need to resubmit the full application for each dependent. You just need to check off the boxes on the checklist (for the documents and forms you’ve already submitted) and send it to IRCC through the webform.
In my case, I didn’t send back the checklist at first. Later, when I ordered my GCMS notes, I found out that my file had been removed from the DR2 pilot because IRCC didn’t receive my response before the deadline. I then sent a webform explaining that I had already submitted all the required documents with my initial application.
About a week later, IRCC sent me the checklist letter again and said that if I had already submitted everything, I should just mark the boxes and send it back.

How do you request those GCMS notes? In my son’s process, I submitted the documents through the IRCC Web Form, and I don’t have a way to track the progress.

By the way, here’s the timeline for my son’s process — he’s my dependent:

- Included in our PR application: April 26, 2024
Email informing us that he’s part of the “Centralized Concurrent Processing Pilot” program: June 24, 2024
Email with the document checklist for his process: June 24, 2024
Biometric Instruction Letter: June 24, 2024
Requested documents submitted: July 22, 2024
Email confirming documents were added to the file: August 7, 2024

If your son is living outside Canada, he needs to sign the Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Consent Form (IMM 5744) to authorize you to request his GCMS notes. You can make the request on his behalf from within Canada, regardless of your immigration status.
Once you have the signed IMM 5744 form, you can pay the $5 fee and submit the GCMS notes request through this link:

If he is a minor, does he also have to fill this out?

Can this application be linked to GCKEY? I tried to do so, but it tells me that my application number does not match the category I am applying for (starting with G) - "Permanent resident - Family class (dependent children)" .
