Hi everyone, I have a question about a work visa. I've been working as an air duct installer (construction) (NOC 73200) for about a year and would like to work in Canada in the same occupation. In general, what is the minimum experience required for the government to approve your temp work permit? I'm not focused on immigration, just working temporarily.

What is your citizenship? Francophone? Do you have a job offer with a LMIA? That is the first step as the employer has to prove no Canadian/PR has the education, work experience and language skills to do the job. Should be high wage too. Then with LMIA you apply for a closed work permit with ECA, language tests and work experience letters.
I'm from Montenegro. No. According to the description from the NOC in Canada, this job requires a completed secondary school and on-the-job training for more than 6 months. I just want to know if I should work in this direction to obtain a temporary work visa or continue working in my home country.
You need a job offer with LMIA first so you need to find a Canadian employer who cannot hire anyone in Canada with your education, language skills and work experience of at least a year. Finding an employer will be a huge challenge and should be high wage too.
If you don't have a job offer with LMIA then not eligible for a work permit

Main applicant PR under process based on PNP and work permit still valid upto 6 month and Noc code -Teir 3,cook but not mention in new SOWP list . can eligible to apply Spouse opne work permit outland based on PR application pathway ??
Caregiver program is quota based and only opens once a year (new year) with a job offer. Right now only accepting those inside Canada with Canadian experience. So you would not be eligible. Look at other immigration programs.

If Francophone, then find an employer in Quebec willing to go through the LMIA program and cannot hire anyone in Canada.
