My application started in 2019 and received CSQ in mid 2023. After that there is no update.

This program was suspended until Jan 2024 and re-opened with new rules, but files with a CSQ issued under the old program like yours are still valid and move to the federal stage.

Yes it's in federal stage, however there is no update till now. Timeline has crossed and it's almost 7 years.
