BG before test seems to yield faster results, but may be confirmation bias. I seem to notice that a lot.

Suspecting the same, that BG before test is accelerating the process.But also seems like the teams are operating faster now than a month ago.

Havent recieved the oath letter yet will wait for few more days and call IRCC.
