Not 100% sure, but I believe TFR just stands for "Transferred for Review". Just ofloading cases, nothing of major significance other than knowing that they haven't forgotten about your file.

But that doesn't explain the eligibility piece

No i had prohibition completed a year ago. Only Bg was pending. Gave 2nd FP. 10 days later got it cleared and next day oath invite.

I just got Background completed on Aug 30th. Physical Presence and Prohibitions still pending. Any idea for timeframe?
