I had all cleared except SS. Last week they changed BG to complete then back to in progress and sent me 2nd FP request. Will keep you posted.
This usually happens when security is completed, and the IRCC agent looking at your file due to this realises that criminality expired. Your criminality should be cleared very soon and everything else will follow. You're very close to the finish line now!
Update today. BG completed. All green. Fingers crossed for oath invite.
Did you ever requested gmcs notes? If so, can you pls share the date when did your SS started?
