Application linked to GC Key but no AOR

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all having a great day.

I’m seeking some clarity regarding my Outland Spousal Sponsorship application. I applied 38 days ago (was able to link it to my GCKey on day 35) even though I haven’t received my AOR yet. I do have the application number, but I’m a bit confused as to why the AOR hasn’t arrived.

Does being able to link the application and having an application number mean the chances of it being returned are low and formal AOR to arrive soon?

Sometimes AOR never gets sent out, or it could have been sent out by mail. There is also a chance it is delayed and still coming. You can call IRCC using that application number and PA UCI (PA can call, or authorized rep). They can tell you if it was by chance sent by mail instead. Also, make sure sponsor is checking their spam.
