Got this email from IRCC today (August 13th) :
I have a question regarding the statement that specifically mentions they cannot confirm my time in Canada
prior to becoming a permanent resident (PR). I’d appreciate expert insights on two points:
1. Does this imply that my time in Canada after receiving PR is accepted as valid for the calculation?
2. Do I need to submit a new application? If so, what supporting documents or evidence should I include to strengthen my case?
Physical Presence
In our records, we cannot confirm your time in Canada before you became a permanent resident (PR).
