so pretty much weekend applications stuck, because weekdays ones are all receiving AOR. let's see, page says they are working on the week that we applied so hoping it picks up our files.

Got this email from IRCC today (August 13th) :
I have a question regarding the statement that specifically mentions they cannot confirm my time in Canada prior to becoming a permanent resident (PR). I’d appreciate expert insights on two points:

1. Does this imply that my time in Canada after receiving PR is accepted as valid for the calculation?

2. Do I need to submit a new application? If so, what supporting documents or evidence should I include to strengthen my case?

Physical Presence​

In our records, we cannot confirm your time in Canada before you became a permanent resident (PR).​

To fix this issue​

• double-check the information in your immigration documents
• update or correct your physical presence calculation where applicable
• click on the “Calculate my physical presence” button

Maybe you can submit any proofs you have to confirm the time lived in Canada before being PR through webform. Yes, time after getting PR is valid towards the physical presence calculation as per their email. But you need time spent as a temporary resident too for citizenship days calculation, right.

Received a tracker email but cant create an account ,here is the error ,anyone with this error.

" Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

Hi @Snoviel Lopes - were you able to create the tracker ? I am still getting the same error .

i tried this " used the PR version of the tracker" reset the password and it worked i am able to see the tracker. Try it out

Its on tracker page,dont create the account try to login directly,enter your UCI and then click on reset password ,it will send 8 digit code to your registered email and then you can move ahead.
