Hi, I received my CSQ and applied to the PR at the end of January. I was asked for my biometric data and gave it at the end of February. After that I have had no further information, I am still waiting for the request for the medical exam, but it's been 5 months and nothing. I am outside of Canada, when I try to contact the IRCC I am always referred to the web form that only responds in a very general way, nothing specific to my case. I would like to know if it is normal that it takes so long and if anyone has been able to communicate with the IRCC from outside of Canada.
I had also contacted once via webform but all they told me is wait. So honestly when it comes to ircc, all we can do is exercise patience, stay hopeful and positive. All will work out just fine.
I apply inland and more or less the same time line as you but I got my medical exmane already. Here the timeline if helps. Also try to follow these step to contact at agent on the IRCC phone number

2025/02/28 - EXT Letter (implicis status on my BOWP)
2025/03/03 - Appoitment for Biometrics
2025/03/03 - Submission of Police Record thorught homecountry agency
2025/03/06 - Request Medical Examen
2025/03/26 - Appoitment for Medical Examen at Prima Montreal (Downtown)
2025/04/02 - you passed your medical examen
2025/07/15 - Background pass from "Not applicable" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
Thank you for your timeline. I am outside of Canada. I have to call +1 613 944 4000, and the operator asks me to fill out the online form. No one is answering calls about permanent residence.
Yes, I'm tired of filling out the online form and being told that it's still being processed. But I find it weird that more than five months have passed and they haven't asked me for my medical exams. My last exam was in 2021, and I don't think it's valid anymore.
