Today I review my IRCC account and also is showing the same. I found out that backgroud check pass from "Not applicable" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

2025/02/17 - AOR, Biometrics Letter and Extra Information (Request the police certificat to an agency in my home country)
2025/02/26 - BOWP application
2025/02/27 - Request Police Record on my home country
2025/02/28 - EXT Letter (implicis status on my BOWP)
2025/03/03 - Appoitment for Biometrics
2025/03/03 - Submission of Police Record thorught homecountry agency
2025/03/06 - Request Medical Examen
2025/03/26 - Appoitment for Medical Examen at Prima Montreal (Downtown)
2025/04/02 - You passed your medical examen
2025/07/15 - Background pass from "Not applicable" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
Finally, after having the eCoPR on June 4, 2025, got the PR card today!

Feb 3rd - Application Submitted
Feb 24th - AOR +BIL
Feb 27th - Biometrics Completed
March 21st - Pre-Arrival Services + Passed Upfront Medical Exam
April 1st - Final Decision - "Your application is in progress"
April 23rd - Received P1 (outside of Canada - paused process until June 29th)
June 29th - Answered P1 letting IRCC know I was back in the country
July 10th - P2
July 16th at 11:25p.m. ET - eCoPR

I am currently at the federal stage for the quebec skilled worker program.
April 15 2025: Submitted my application.
May 8 2025:Aor, request for additional documents and Biometric request for me, spouse n son above 14
May 12 2025: Biometrics done
May 15 2025: medical request for spouse and 5 children ( I didn't receive a request for one because I had an upfront medical previously. Contacted ircc and they confirmed this)
June 2: medicals done at panel physician
July 10: we are reviewing the additional documents you provided.
Currently on my portal: we are reviewing if you meet eligibility requirements, background check in process as well.
My main concern right now is why my medical field is blank. I have no idea if the medicals was a success or not.
What do I expect next?

usually, the next one will be PAL. but sometimes they skip it and next one will be Final decision.
Oh thank you so much. I have read lots of people write about receiving PAL before medical request. Was wondering why I didn't receive one.
How long did the review of additional documents take for you?
Would you also have any idea as to why the space on my medical field in my gckey is blank?
if i understood correctly - if you have date in the field for additional documents - they already reviewed them. in a few days later you can receive PAL or FD.
and I read here( not my experience) that after medicals disappearing - it appears again before FD.
