They asked me the same thing, but I have some Spanish stamps in my passport. I am waiting for the translated report.
Did you had anything which require a translation? Or only English/French Stamps?
And one more question, did they reply when you send the Passport scan to them via email?

No problem, I am happy to help. I have an Indian passport so wherever the passport had Hindi text, it was accompanied by English translations for it. As for visa stamps, I did not have anything other than English so I did not need to translate. When I responded to the email with the scans, I got a generic automated response. I did however call IRCC later (after 2 weeks) and they confirmed that the scanned copies have been added to my application and if anything else is needed they will reach out via email. Hope it helps! Because its the US system and not Canadian so implied authorization wouldnt hold. (For example even for accessing CRA account, they take the explicit authorization during application process)
were you a cross border commuter or high number of back and forth to the US?
Gotcha! Tho Data Sharing between exit and entry b/w US and Canada is very open. It’s just weird but maybe they just want to see.
More like cross border shopper before all the crazy tariffs haha
