Same, got a test invite on July 8th, have to take the test between July 11 to Aug 10. Received email same day as well.

Hi Pardeep, I got the FP request, can I ask where you did your fingerprints and timeline ?

Hi i have completed it one of the RCMP accredited agency( name:- Canadian Fingerprinting Services Inc.) and they said they send it directly to IRCC so we dont have to send it on our own. There has not been any update on the tracker because it does not even show that they requested it. And i have been asking others if there is any way to check but no luck getting any reply.

You could csll IRCC to know if FP is received but ultimately you will confirm for sure when your background check shows completed on tracker.

Is it normal to receive a Fingerprint request for a citizenship application? Is it a general letter, as they mentioned that they are requesting FP due to concerns with sections 21 or 22 of the Citizenship Act? I never had any record or anything, not sure why they requested it. But I know it might delay the processing. does anyone know how long this FP request application takes to process?

Got the test invite on 08 Jul. Test taken on 11 Jul.
Also, on 11th Jul, got and email for Fingerprint request. Submitted the fingerprint on the same day,

Now waiting game is on!! Let's see!!

i do have a question how will i now if IRCC has already received my fingerprint? Will there be any email or update on the Tracker, my tracker got ghost update on 14th june.

No email or update will be received from IRCC. May be you can try to call and check if you are really curious.
But you will see that background check will be comepleted in the tracker. It is about one month or so to get background check approved after giving FP.

No updates on tracker since July 1. For my Background - Criminality is done but Security is In Progress. Everything else is also In Progress. If anyone is in the same situation or has similar timeline, please respond to this post. Thank you and good luck to all!

I just got another ADR request, they did request the same document (All pages of passport + translation of stamps) but this time the email was from Test 3 team.
