I'm not sure how the Vancouver office is progressing. Mine is AOR as of Feb 21, and I've received no updates after test completion on March 16. The support center keeps saying it's still well under timeline. Although, others having the same office and later AORs got LPP and some even got Oath.
Hi.. I’m in the same situation. Vancouver is my primary office. I got AOR on Feb 12, test completed on Mar 14 and last update on the tracker which shows test completed was on March 18. After that no movement. I called IRCC and they told me that the average processing time is 10 months and that my application is still processing. My friend who is Irish submitted his application one day after me already did his oath ceremony last Friday. My background check or LPP… nothing is completed. It’s so stressful and frustrating :(

You're stressing for no reason. Look at the tracker. Ballpark a dozen february applicants have oath dates (incl in future) out of 112 or so. You know from IRCC practices not all files proceed at same pace.

Noting, those applied as Single - getting faster processing; Family profiles are slow moving. Am I only observing or others also feeling same ?

A family application can only move and complete as fast as the slowest family member's file.

So yes - they will all be slower, mathematically. (Except for rare cases where both are exactly as quick as each other.)

Tracker update came on July 10, 2025 with July 8 as LPP completed date. (Edit: corrected the date...)

You are right. I was comparing with some people with similar time-lines who have got their LPP. My spouse had to prepare and write her test later than mine (to avoid distraction as she was preparing for another exam)and got her test completed on tracker about 2 weeks ago.

My guess is if we had written and passed around same time, we might have had LPP by now. We got BG completed same day.

Though no two cases are the same, it does appear that speed of completion of tasks on individual files on family applications do affect processing speed.

Single applications are faster
Family applications are bit slower
Then comes all the applications from Vancouver (slowest)

In my case, both passed exam and got marked completed on same day! Her background was completed first (before exam) and mine completed after exam. Since then no progress et-al.

Hi all, I have my test and background check completed on April 7th and since that there is no update, and My AOR is on Feb 28th and since then no update yet and my office was surrey for test invite

Is there anyone who used webform just to know the status of the application? If yes, did it help in any way?
I used webform last Monday to ask about status. Received standard reply on Friday that application is in process. We are working on it. Check processing times on IRCC website. That's all I received.
