Usually it takes less than a month for oath after LPP. You can apply for GCMS notes too to get more information.

I submitted my application (family of 3) on February 13th and havent had much progress since.

Do they actually still send an AOR? Neither me nor my wife got any email for AOR.

Since you mentioned you already got your Test invite and completed the test as well. Ircc is having your correct email or-else you would have missed the test notification email as well.
I think the AOR email might have went to Spam Folder, check there.

As long as you know the Application Number and UCI No's for all 3 Family members I think you are good.

But try giving a call to ircc and check about your BGC and other status. Ask them about your Primary and Secondary VO's as well.
Sometimes calling ircc might move your file. If you still don't see any changes try ordering GCMs notes as the last resort.

I applied on Feb 14 as Single Applicant and got my Oath today. So hopefully your will come soon.

I'm not sure how the Vancouver office is progressing. Mine is AOR as of Feb 21, and I've received no updates after test completion on March 16. The support center keeps saying it's still well under timeline. Although, others having the same office and later AORs got LPP and some even got Oath.

Is there anyone who dont have an English test as proof of Language, but submitted a college degree/diploma ? My wife didnt have an English test, She is still working here and we submitted a her degree diploma as proof of Language. Will this trigger any delays?

It shouldn't if the diploma/degree is from a reputable place.
