Not yet. It's in the queue to go to the judge for a decision. IRCC didn't offer us a settlement. They want to continue with the security check although it's 3 years now.

I know it’s very frustrating because you are a family. I am so frustrated as well. I served in military as well and my security check will take longer, now only 15 months passed in the security check. you should have faith, may Allah make it easy for you. Don’t give up. if you can go home for a visit it will be better. I am in my home country now because I cannot keep waiting like that.
Thanks brother. It's very frustrating. I work in the healthcare. The employer doesn't let me go on vacation as per my wish. I don't know when will I be able to go home. Also, I cannot leave the job until I get PR.
Hi. My husband received medical request last Tuesday. His medical was updated on Thursday (June 26). IRCC called our lawyer on the same day and offered a settlement to my husband's case. IRCC also stated that my husband may receive a decision even before the settlement is sent. Our lawyer informed that either we have to get a legal settlement paper or passport request to my husband, otherwise, our lawyer will stick to the court hearing on july 3rd. By God's grace my husband just received his passport request this morning. I firmly believe that IRCC kept my husband's application on hold for 3 years 3 monwithout any valid reasons. They were forced to give him a decision as a result of judicial review. Alhamdulillah.

Thank you. Don't loose hope brother. We had a bitter experience even before we started our life in Canada. Alhamdulillah, it is solved now.
