Hello , for surrender passport application....in applicant details part given name means only our name??? Bcz in my Indian passport my name is with my father's name..I am confused now.please let me know..

Fill the application with details as they are in passport. Also any other details fill them exactly as in those documents, for example, the address should be written word to word same as in the address proof. Same goes for every detail in the application. If there is even a single mistake they will reject application.
To answer your question, write your name along with your father's name, just as in passport

i have submitted my passport surrender application on 28 may 2025 in brampton bls, anybody know how long it takes to get certificate mailed? I have my application submitted by them as i got premium lounge service so i cannot track my application status on passport seva portal. TIA
